About Cyndi O'meara

Cyndi O'Meara lives on Queensland's Sunshine Coast with her husband and three children. She is not your typical nutritionist: she disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets- she thinks chocolate can be good for you and coffee is not so bad- she loves butter- she is the one out of ten nutritionists who does not recommend a certain breakfast cereal- and she thinks cheating and eating yummy foods are all part of a well-balanced diet. Cyndi must be doing something right because she maintains a healthy weight and has never taken an antibiotic, pain-killer or any other form of medication. Her children are aged 8, 10 and 12 and they too have had no need for medications. Cyndi's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science, postgraduate studies in human anatomy, and diplomas in diagnosis and management of health issues. She is the bestselling author of Changing Habits, Changing Lives, writes regularly for magazines, has been a guest on many television shows, and is in demand nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker.
