About Andrew Bell

Andrew Dagys is a bestselling author who has written and co-authored several books, including Investing Online For Canadians For Dummies (first and second editions), The Internet For Canadians For Dummies Starter Kit (first and second editions), and The Financial Planner for 50 . Andrew contributes columns to Forever Young, Candian Living magazine, and other publications. Andrew Bell, author of Mutual Funds For Canadians For Dummies, was an investment reporter and editor with the Globe and Mail for 12 years. he joined Report on Business Television as a reporter in 2001. Bell, an import from Dublin, Ireland, was for 10 years the main compiler of Stars and Dogs in Saturday's Globe. The roundup of hot and damp stocks and mutual funds was an invaluable therapeutic aid in relieving his own myriad jealousies, regrets, and resentments. he has also taken to the stage, where he practices a demanding "method" that involves getting the audience and other performers as off balance and upset as possible. He lives in an unfinished and perhaps unfixable construction project in Cabbagetown, Toronto, with his wife, two children, and very rare brown-and-black tabby cat. Tony Ioannou, co-author of Buying and Selling a Home For Canadians For Dummies, is currently a senior associate with Dexter Associates Realty, and has been interviewed many times in the Vancouver media about the state of the Vancouver real estate market. Tony obtained his real estate license in 1984, and has consistently been a top producing salesperson with NRS Block Bros., and with Dexter Associates Realty since 1990. In 1990 he obtained his agents (brokers)license, but continues to enjoy working as a residential real estate sales person primarily on the West Side of Vancouver.
