Jack Webb founded the Border Voices Poetry Project in 1993, sending poets into hundreds of classrooms throughout San Diego County and putting students on TV with major poets from around the world. The annual Border Voices Poetry Fair is one of the largest in the nation. He's won top journalism awards as an investigative reporter with the Tribune.
