WARWICK GOULD is Professor of English Literature in the University of London where he teaches at Royal Holloway and is Director of the Institute of English Studies in the School of Advanced Study. His publications include Joachim of Fiore and the Myth of the Eternal Evangel in the Nineteenth Century (1987, co-author with Marjorie Reeves) and The Secret Rose, Stories by W.B.Yeats: A Variourum Edition (co-editor, 1992).
