Kevin McSharry is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has a Diploma in IFRS. He is Managing Director of Circle Consulting Limited, a firm of business advisors. Kevin has worked in practice for 20 years, previously as a partner in BDO, having started his professional career with KPMG. He has extensive experience in the retail industry having advised a range of businesses from fundraising, acquisitions and disposals to financial reporting improvements, including transition to IFRS. Kevin also lectures in auditing, corporate governance, ethics and financial reporting for Chartered Accountants Ireland.
