She wasone of the founding teachers at the Centre for Mindfulness Researchand Practice, Bangor University, where she co-leads programmes forhealth professionals, and students on the Masters programme, totrain as mindfulness-based teachers. She delivers mindfulness-basedtraining retreats internationally.
