Books Info:

Water is Friendly (34-Minute PAL Video) free pdf In Water is Friendly, master teacher David Thomas proves how easy it is for anyone to learn to swim. He demonstrates the five fundamental skills - buoyancy, balance, body position, breath control, and relaxation - in an entertaining, yet relaxed and easy-to-follow manner. Then he shows how students can incorporate these basics into various swimming strokes - such as the crawl, breast stroke, and the butterfly - thus making these so-called "difficult" strokes very easy to accomplish. Water is Friendly is an instructional video to show to beginning swimmers, ages junior high through adults. It is also ideal for using in WSI classes, lifesaving courses, or as a reference for swimming instructors.
