Disease Prevention PDF ePub eBook

Books Info:

Disease Prevention free pdf At any given time, hundreds of different health books are offered to the American public. Most of these books provide some useful information, but none adequately address the archaic state of medical practice that patients with serious disease are confronted with. The mission of this fifth edition of Disease Prevention and Treatment is to break down the barriers of ignorance that result in unnecessary suffering and death. While intriguing discoveries are now published in prestigious medical journals on a regular basis, little of this information is utilised to actually save human lives. Its as if a brick wall separates newly discovered scientific solutions from those in critical need of this knowledge. The goal of Disease Prevention and Treatment is to tear down the walls of ignorance and apathy that have become the underlying reasons why human beings needlessly succumb to preventable diseases today.

About Blake Gossard

Starting in the 1970s, the founders of a non-profit group called the Life Extension Foundation began to uncover information that could be used to improve patient outcomes and, in many cases, prevent people from dying prematurely. Conveying this data to those with health problems often resulted in significant improvements in their condition. Since then, the Life Extension Foundation has identified enormous amounts of evidence indicating that effective, but overlooked approaches already exist to mitigate many of today's lethal diseases. This abundance of new scientific findings has created the need to publish an updated edition of our "Disease Prevention and Treatment "reference book. The Life Extension Foundation has spent tens of thousands of hours reviewing the scientific literature in order to develop the novel approaches to disease prevention and treatment in this book.
