Zheng Guoguang is the the Administrator of the China Meteorological Administration (CMA), responsible for CMA's overall administration. He also serves as Chairman of the National Climate Committee of China, Chairman of the Chinese Committee of the Global Climate Observing System (CGOS), Member of the National Leading Group to Address Climate Change and Energy Conservation
