About Peter Harper

Peter Harper is a writer and landscape designer. He is also a landscape gardener and, together with Jeremy Light, developed the unique display gardens at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. Jeremy Light is Garden Director of the French equivalent of CAT, the Centre Terre Vivante in Grenoble. He is also a Soil Association inspector. Chris Madsen is a writer on conservation and natural history. She has written over 30 books, including Natural Dogs and Natural Cats, both published by Gaia Books.
