About Lloyd L Lee Ph D

Lloyd L. Lee is an assistant professor in the Native American Studies department at the University of New Mexico. He is a citizen of the Navajo Nation. He is of the Kinyaa'aanii (Towering House) clan born for Tl'aaschi'i (Red Bottom) clan. His maternal grandfather's clan is Ashiihi (Salt) and his paternal grandfather's clan is Tabaaha (Water's Edge). His research areas include indigenous and Navajo identity, indigenous and Navajo masculinities, Navajo transformative research, indigenous leadership development, indigenous philosophies, and indigenous community building.
