CHRISTIAN F. PUGLISI is the chef and owner of RelAE, which holds a Michelin star and was ranked one of the top 100 restaurants in the world by "Restaurant" magazine. RelAE and its sister restaurant, Manfreds, are both located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Puglisi has worked in the kitchens at elBulli, Noma, ROgeriet, and more, and is a contributor to the Danish newspaper "Politiken." "The Wall Street Journal" selected him as one of the top ten chefs in the world under thirty.
