About Michele A. Kettles

Michele Kettles is a board certified specialist in preventive medicine and practices clinical medicine full-time with a focus on exercise counselling for better health and fitness. Kettles has been a staff physician at the Cooper Clinic since 1998 and served five years on active duty in the US Navy as a physician. As director of Behavioural Science and Health Promotion at the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Brenda S. Wright consulted with individuals and groups to develop comprehensive well-being programmes. Clients included major corporations schools, US government agencies and hospitals. Wright has developed and delivered numberous certification training programmes and manuals for health professionals. Colette Cole has a Master of Science degree and is a fitness co-ordinator and personal trainer at the Cooper Fitness Centre. Cole has worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 18 years and began working in the Cooper Fitness Centre in 1994.
