About Elmos Konis

Dr. Elmos Konis is an Assistant Professor of at the European University - Cyprus. He had previously taught in Greece. He earned his MBA at the University of Montana in the USA and his PhD, on business leadership, at London Metropolitan University. He is a qualified mediator and an appointed member of SETE, an advisory committee on tertiary level education to the Ministry of Education. He is a member, research paper reviewer and country representative for the Academy of Management (AOM). He has consulted a number of firms on business matters and has presented his research work in such diverse places as Mexico, Slovenia, France and the UK. He has published articles on several issues such as Cypriot hospitality, innovative models of organizational structure, team building, and family businesses in Cyprus. He was the Coordinator and Scientific Supervisor of a Research Promotion Foundation (RPF) project which aimed to reveal international students' perspectives on studying in Cyprus.
