About Robert P. Pangrazi

Dr. Robert Pangrazi is a well-respected physical education professor, researcher and author. He is the author of 37 textbooks and more than 70 research and journal articles related to youth fitness and physical education. A former physical education teacher, Aaron Beighle has broad experience conducting research with children who use pedometers and working with teachers who implement pedometers in schools. Dr. Cara Sidman holds a PhD in exercise and wellness, for which she prepared a dissertation on using pedometers to promote physical activity. She also has published an article on pedometers in the ACSM Health
