About P.S. Sindhu

P.S. Sindhu is Reader in Chemistry, Hansraj College, University of Delhi, Delhi. He did his M.Sc. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 1966 and Ph.D. from University of Delhi under the guidance of Prof. R.P. Mitra in 1975. He has been teaching since 1969. His areas of interest include molecular spectroscopy, structure of molecules, electrochemistry, clay minerals and environmental chemistry. He is also running, as President, NGO Vatavaran which is working for pollution free environment. Dr. Sindhu has published eight research papers, many articles and authored twelve books. In every book he has attempted to fill up some gaps that he could see. Vatavaran has also published some of his reports on pollution and pollution control.
